A quarter is great for a couple or a small family. Our quarter comes pre-packed with all the most popular cuts, offering you a diverse selection from both the front and hindquarters, totaling 75 lbs of delicious meat.

Here's a breakdown of what you can expect in your quarter:

Steaks:

• 6 Tenderloin Steaks (also known as Filet Mignon) - these come in 2 steaks per package

• 2 New York Strip Steaks

• 4 Ribeye Steaks (boneless)

• 10 Sirloin Tip Steaks

• 2 Bone-in Sirloin Steaks

Roasts:

• 1 Prime Rib Roast

• 1 Sirloin Tip Roast

• 2 Rump Roasts

• 4 Chuck Roasts

• 1 Arm Roast

Bones:

• 5 Short Ribs

• 1 Long Ribs

• 4 Soup Bones

• 1, 2-piece packages of Shank Bone

Other:

• The remaining meat is premium ground beef to bring the total to 75 lbs.

All of our meat is USDA inspected, double wrapped, fresh, and flash frozen.
