Purchasing one of our halves is a great way to enjoy a variety of different cuts and have enough to stock the freezer.

Our half comes pre-packed with all the most popular cuts, including some that you don’t get in a quarter, like the Flank and Skirt steaks, and Brisket! We offer you a diverse selection from both the front and hindquarters, totaling 150 lbs of delicious meat.

Steaks:

• 12 Tenderloin (also known as Filet Mignon) Steaks - these come in 2 steaks per package

• 4 New York Strip Steaks

• 8 Ribeye Steaks (boneless)

• 20 Sirloin Tip Steaks

• 4 Bone-in Sirloin Steaks

• 1 Flank Steak

• 1 Skirt Steak

Roasts:

• 2 Prime Rib Roasts

• 2 Sirloin Tip Roasts

• 4 Rump Roasts

• 8 Chuck Roasts

• 2 Arm Roasts

• 1 Beef Brisket

Bones:

• 10 Short Ribs

• The remaining meat is premium ground beef to total 150 lbs.

All of our meat is USDA inspected, double wrapped, fresh, and flash frozen.

We never use any grain, hormones, antibiotics, additives, preservatives, or any kind of chemicals. Just delicious, Black Angus, healthy, locally farm-grown, raised from birth-to-finish meat, from our farm to your table!
