When you opt for a custom whole beef, you get to handpick all your steaks, roasts, and whatever cuts you would like from a convenient list before finalizing your order. The remaining meat is our premium ground beef to total 300 lbs.

A custom whole beef comprises 300 pounds of frozen meat, equivalent to about 6 banana boxes.

Please note that if you love beef Liver, Heart, Oxtail, Tongue, Stew Meat, and Dog Bones, you also can select to get these included in your Whole!

All of our meat is USDA inspected, double wrapped, fresh, and flash frozen.

We never use any grain, hormones, antibiotics, additives, preservatives, or any kind of chemicals. Just delicious, Black Angus, healthy, locally farm-grown, raised from birth-to-finish meat, from our farm to your table!
