Wondering about the size? A quarter fits into 1 1/2 banana boxes, making it easy to handle and store.

With the quarter beef bundle you get to enjoy Filet Mignon, Sirloin Steaks, Sirloin Tip Steaks, Brisket, and Arm Roasts that are not in the 1/8 beef bundle.

Here's a breakdown of what you can expect in your quarter:

• 6 Tenderloin (also known as Filet Mignon) Steaks

• 6 New York Strip Steaks

• 4 Ribeye Steaks (boneless)

• 4 Sirloin Steaks (bone-in)

• 2 Sirloin Tip Steaks

• 1 Beef Brisket

• 2 Chuck Roasts

• 2 Arm Roast

• 2 Stew Meat

• 2, 2-piece packages of Shank Bone

• The remaining meat is premium ground beef.
