A custom half of beef is 150 lbs of our delicious meat. If that seems like a little more than you need, consider finding a family member or friend to split it with to enjoy the price savings and the exclusive cut options of a half that are not available in a quarter. When you choose a custom half, you are able to select your preferred steaks, roasts, and cuts from a user-friendly list before finalizing your order, and the remainder of the 150 lbs will be ground beef.

In terms of quantity, a half equates to roughly three banana boxes of meat.
