Here's a breakdown of what you can expect in your standard eighth:

• 2 Tenderloin (also known as Filet Mignon) Steaks

• 2 New York Strip Steaks

• 2 Ribeye Steaks (boneless)

• 2 Sirloin Steaks (bone-in)

• 1 Chuck Roasts

• 1 Arm Roast

• 1 Stew Meat*

• 1-2 packages of Short Ribs*, depending on size (no more than 3 lbs total)

• 1-2 package of Soup Bones*, depending on size (no more than 5 lbs total)

Any remaining meat is turned into premium ground beef.
